We are in a strong position to understand, empathize with and cater for the needs of our target audience, having been initialised from a community group ourselves. Cúnamh ICT is interested in investing back into the sector and improving the management efficiency practices. It is our belief we can offer substantially more competitive rates than most other software businesses in the private sector, given that our pricing model reflects rates, which are sustainable for the very limited budgets of our clients.

Moving to Self-Sustainability

Cúnamh ICT does not leave its clients’ database solutions projects after they have been completely designed, but always follows through with its commitment to build its clients’ capacity to manage them.

We provide hands-on training to designated individuals so that many future updates can be made without recourse to further development consultancy. With training it will be possible even for those with limited ICT background to manage and update their systems.

Nevertheless, in order to support users, as well as to facilitate further database development, Cúnamh ICT offers an optional support service whereby a developer or care member will be contactable from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, to assist users as necessary with updating or maintaining of their database.
