Peter MacCafferty

Overall management and delivery of all database projects is carried out by Peter MacCafferty, Managing Director of Cúnamh ICT. Peter brings over 16 years experience of the ICT sector and 10 years within the Community and Voluntary sector. He has managed Cúnamh ICT over the past 4 years and has extensive hands-on experience of Database Project Management, Windows PCs and servers, customer relations and database training. Peter spent 7 years managing Cúnamh, a community led mental health organisation where he implemented extensive business, financial and client management practices which are well recognised by funders and other agencies within the sector. Prior to Cúnamh, he enjoyed employment as an ICT Executive, Software Engineer, Customer Services Manager and a Projects Manager for a local Community Partnership.

Alison Ballard

Our Software Development Team is headed by Alison Ballard who brings over 19 years of experience. Alison has extensive experience with Database applications e.g. MS Access, SQL Server; Database Driven Web Development using ASP, MS Access, mySQL, SQL Server, PCs and networks across all major operating systems. Desktop application development experience in C#, VC++ VB. She offers strong Technical Skills; Design Experience; Debugging and problem solving skills and practical knowledge of the not-for-profit sector.

Customer Care

Hands-on training and support in the use of the databases provided by our Customer Care Team. They are the main point of contact for contract clients and, as customer care they are responsible for ensuring a high quality service and resolving any outstanding issues. Our team combines many years in a customer service environment with database and support needs.
